Hunting & Fishing Meat Processing in Houston

Im going to go harvest a deer this weekend and this will be the first time i have ever done so in the houston area and i was wondering if anyone might know a good place to take a deer to get processed.

i have found midway deer processing out in katy but didn't find too many reviews for them.

IMO Midway makes the best sausage in the area. Their Jalapeno and Cheese sausage is the bomb. I wouldn't recommend Doziers in Fulshear...too much hair in the meat and their sausage is just average. There is a place in the Heights that makes good sausage, I just can't think of the name. Can't go wrong with Midway.

I use midway for all my processing needs. They make great jerky and summer sausage as well.
