I have a medium Alice pack with frame, GI kidney belt, and fire force shoulder straps. Bag is in very good condition. All buckles have had Sea-to-Summit replacement buckles added for ease of use. Metal buckles are still in place if you’d prefer to use them. Inside still has that smooth feel, not tacky like bags get after time. Underside of lid is almost 100 percent, not cracked and flaking.
