mega receiver combo vs rainier receiver combo

Mega receiver combo is 577, Rainier receiver combo is 649.
Whats the difference in items that makes the Rainier 73 dollars more?

I have heard tons of great the things about the Mega Brand but none about the Rainier.
Any 1st hand comments would be appreciated.
