In NY for selling guns and drugs - immediately released from custody.
I’d love to see everyone involved in this get arrested and charged with supporting a terrorist organization.

I wonder if normal native born citizens get the same treatment from cops and courts in NY on gun and drug charges ?

I am confused because I actually read the article. The cops arrested bad guys and collected evidence and presented to the DA.

The DA makes the decision on what to prosecute and who gets released.

Exactly was this the cop's fault and exactly how can one make the decision that treatment of homegrown bad guys would be harsher?

In fact, in Shitcago, the mayor and others made the police gang taskforce get rid of their gang info database.

I understand, you normally show bad cops doing bad things.

But this makes it clearer that you really hate cops, even moreso than attorneys.

And then they were released back onto the streets - there is no innocent party here or no one “just doin the job” still as in for the last facade at least - violent criminals who come here illegally and break our laws get special treatment in more than a handful of states and the has to end - the way to end it is start sending them to Gitmo or some equally nice place on the charge of supporting terrorist organizations.

I'm sure cops did all they could but NY DA are the scumbags letting them loose.

Oddly enough there is US codes listing what such support would include - and also oddly enough it’s already illegal . Sound like it should just be a matter of filing some paperwork and keep going down the list until every mother fucker who’s ever used tax dollars to aid illegal invaders/ terrorists has been charged arrested and tried in the appropriate court. Those found guilty should have max sentence +100 years or so .

Yes, U.S. Citizens get released with lesser crimes than they were arrested for.....all.....the.....time.

Spoiler alert: there's way, way more bad people than we have the resources to handle. If discretion wasn't used......jails would be bursting at the seams more than they are and courts would be backlogged for decades.

Also LOL @ this OP attempting to interpret US Code. I'm surprised he's able to log into this website without assistance, let alone even remotely understand what he's reading in 18 USC.

And, as you know, 18 USC doesn’t apply in this story; these guys were arrested on state/local charges.

The problem here is that there are infinate laws on the books, many contradictory. Allows proprietorial discretion, i.e. lawfare against anybody they want to destroy and let their friends and buddies off from clear felonies... "There was no 'intent'".
Banana Republic bullshit.

I’m saying it apply to the cock suckers that continue to let these invaders go- gum show to detective to judge to jailer to assembly men to state legislatures that side with the invaders -
I’m tracking what you’re saying.

If some local judge had released these guys while they were in the jail on a federal hold/charges, then the Material Support might stick.
