got up early and zero wind. hmm...forecast to get windy soon so i tossed down a cup of coffee and a banana, grabbed a box of CX, SK Match, and SK Plus that got delivered yesterday. I picked up my Vudoo used a couple weeks ago, and had a couple boxes of Eley Match which shot ok, and some CX the rifle didnt care for. Was hoping for some decent conditions to try the new CX lot. My rifles in a Greyboe stock, 22” MTU. For now im using a fixed 24x SII. Range is on the farm here. I have shot the rifle with a SS12x, but i prefer the SII for 50yd groups. Researching optics now, a good scopes next on the shopping list

Not too shabby, even with a bit of the coffee shakes. Pleased with this lot of CX, and SK Plus. The SK Match no so much so far. Its a small sample size, ill give it another go in the next couple days and try to get a 6x5 up.

Awesome shooting, submit it to the 6x5!

thx everyone, MB you guys make a spectacular rifle. As i quickly tired of my RPR, i researched the top end 22s. A buddy has an Annie Supermatch, which is impressive, but not my style. I decided i wanted the American Muscle Car of 22s, and the Vudoo was my choice. I had planned on buying new until i stumbled on this one at a local gun show. The folks at Vudoo have helped me already, if anyone is one the fence the support is top notch, even though i didnt buy new. Gotta say though, the Vudoo is my second favorite purchase this year, but it would be hard to beat my favorite, an all matching and correct German Long Side Rail Sniper.

My budget for a scope is 1500 give or take, id prefer to be a bit less. Im considering the Optika 6 5-30, Cronus, Delta etc. looking for 24x minimum, FFP, open dot center. 25yd or less minimum parallax. Ive read the NF NX8 has finicky parallax up close, i need to aviod scopes with that issue. Im open to suggestions, used ok. not too worried about minimum magnification, im another older guy who has a pile of fixed 10x super snipers that ive used for decades. I was liking the Trijicon Tenmile till i saw the floating dot has no real gap around it. any recommendations appreciated!

I have the NX8 4-32x50 on my Vudoo. Very happy with it.
I will agree that the parallax is a bit finicky, up close, but not a deal breaker for me.
It does take a bit of extra attention to get it just right.

I have an Athlon Midas Tac 6-24x50 on my CZ 457.
A great scope for the money, and one of my favorite scopes that I own.
The magnification and parallax adjustments are smooth and precise.

Great shooting! I was admiring the beautiful day with no wind and cussing the fact that I couldn’t get to the range!
