The Knight's DO NOT fit a standard pic rail. They are slightly undersized... must be KAC specific, like everything else they do .

Im curious why those rail covers won’t work for you. I have definitely had knights rail covers on non-KAC rails. Until recently I had them on a colt m4 with a Daniel defense lite rail without any issue.

I tried one on a LaRue quad rail handguard and they were very tight... I didn't want to force it.
Happy to measure the inner width with a digital caliper in the morning.
