Welcome to season 7 of the Missouri Steel Tactical Series... we have a great season ahead for you.
We had 425 shooters participate in the series last year, and we look forward to seeing you for another great year of safe fun, friendship, burnt powder and banging steel.
We have 23 1-day club level matches for 2021. We will continue to participate in the PRS Regional Series and Border Wars Series as well.
So... What is MoST? Fast paced rifle matches divided into 8-10 stages where you will practice shooting at steel targets from different positions and various types of barricades. Most matches are about half prone, and half positional/barricades. Target sizes will depend on the distance and the level of difficulty. Less experienced shooters will get plenty of hits to make it fun, and the experts compete for more points by doing it faster and farther. Targets are usually at a known distance, requiring good DOPE, and your wind reading skills will develop as you attend more matches. Most stages are anywhere from 200 yards out to 1000 yards or more.
Matches are designed to last no more than 4 to 6 hours so you can drive in, shoot 80+ rounds, and drive home in one day for a reasonable cost. Preregistration is usually required via Practiscore.com on Sunday nights at 6PM about two weeks before each match. We post the link right on our Facebook page for easy access. Observers are always welcome.... come on out.
Bolt action rifles are prevalent, but semi-auto gas guns (typically AR-10 or AR-15 platforms) are allowed and can be very effective.

THE MoST CENTERFIRE SCHEDULE:
In 2021 we will have 22 competitions at seven different ranges. The scores for each match will be posted online, and each competitor's average score will be computed on a continuing basis. The top ranked shooters at the end of the year will qualify for trophies.

On I-55, take exit 129 in Perryville, take the outer road north for a couple of miles and turn left (west) on T road (it's a stop sign and hard to miss), continue on T for approximately 1 3/4 miles and turn right (north) on N road. Continue on N for almost exactly 4 miles. You will see a yellow sign on the left side of N road that says "CFP", your turn will be approximately 100 yards on left from this sign. This is the easement road into the property. You'll continue on the easement road for about 6/10ths of a mile. As a reminder, the entrance road is still undergoing upgrades and has some rough spots in it. We don't recommend bringing any vehicles with low ground clearance.
Take exit 129 off of 55 regardless of where your GPS tells you to get off of 55.

The RULES are simple:
All shooters will compete in the same category....'run what you brung'. We may annotate those shooting .223, .308, and production rifles, just so you know how you compare to others using similar equipment.
You must complete all stages of a match with the same rifle unless a valid breakage is confirmed by the match director. In this case, a backup rifle must be used on all remaining stages.
You must compete in at least four matches to qualify for final standings and prizes.
You must participate at two or more of the available ranges.
****ONLY ONE MATCH WIN AT ANY ONE RANGE MAY BE COUNTED IN A SHOOTER'S CUMULATIVE 'FOUR BEST' SCORES***
Matches must have at least 20 shooters present to be counted in the series.
Junior shooters must be under the age of 18 on the date of the Finale match to qualify for the Top Junior trophy.

We align our CALIBER and SPEED LIMIT policy to match PRS rules...

This will allow the use of magnum calibers. HOWEVER, EACH RANGE OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT SHOOTERS TO NON-MAGNUM CALIBERS AT THEIR DISCRETION.

Silver Barn Range has allowed some magnum calibers in the past, and had excessive target and hanger wear.... they will NOT ALLOW magnum calibers for their matches.
NO STEEL CORE, 'GREEN TIP', RUSSIAN OR MILITARY BALL AMMO PERMITTED.
Typical calibers are .308, 6.5mm Creedmore, .260 Remington, 6mm Creedmore, 6.5x47 Lapua, 6x47 Lapua, 6mm Dasher.

If you have questions about a load, contact Buzz for a determination well before the match. We reserve the right to disqualify any load that may cause damage to the steel or stands.
SCORING:
1. Scoring and Course of Fire for an individual match will be at the discretion of the match director.
2. The top shooter's 'MoST' score for that match will be 100.
Shooters below the leader will be awarded their percentage of the leaders score. i.e.
(if the leader scored 50 points, he is awarded 100 MOST points as his match
total. If you shoot 40 in the same match, you would be awarded 80 MOST points
as your match total 40 is 80% of 50 = 80 points).
3. The shooters SERIES score will be the SUM of a shooters best 4 matches in the series, plus their Finale Match score.
4. Shooters are responsible for insuring that their scores are correctly logged at each stage and on the final scoresheet at the end of a match. Shooters may review the MATH on the stages and final scoresheet, but sheets may only be corrected by the Match Director. Scores will not be changed after departing the range.
5. Series ties at the end of the season FINALE MATCH will be broken by the TIME or SCORE of the shooters on a predetermined stage as determined by the match director.
6. The range is cold for a period of one week before the finale for all shooters, and shooters may not practice on the barricades of that range during this period. Use of the short range for zeroing only IS permitted.
COACHING:
Shooters may discuss wind information BEFORE and AFTER any individual shooter performs a stage. NO INFORMATION CAN BE COMMUNICATED WHILE A SHOOTER IS ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN A STAGE....
EXCEPTION: shooters in their FIRST TWO precision rifle matches may receive wind coaching IF approved by the Match Director.
PRE-REGISTRATION SYSTEM
Registration will usually occur at 6PM on Sunday night, two weeks before each match. You will register by hitting the link we provide. It will list the number of slots, the start time, etc. We will put out a notice a couple of days before the signup so you can mark it on your calendars.
Fill in your NAME and EMAIL where indicated and hit the 'Register' button. Your name will be entered on the list of shooters in 'firstcome, first served' order.
You will immediately receive an email that will say you have been APPROVED... or WAITLISTED if the slots are full.
To sign up your wife, child, buddies, etc... Go to the same registration page and fill out a new registration for each person. You can use your email address more than once... it will prompt you to check a box stating that you want to register again with this email... that is OKAY! If THEY need to cancel, it is ON YOU! Do it for them with the email you initially received for them.
RANGE OWNERS AND MATCH DIRECTORS MAY REQUIRE NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAYMENT OF MATCH FEES AT THEIR DISCRETION.
PRIZES
The MoST Series is all about encouraging people to get out and participate in the sport. We aim to build proficiency in a fun and friendly environment. We do not actively solicit prizes from sponsors (we are too busy just getting all the matches together and running), but prizes always add to the fun and anticipation of an upcoming match. If participants want to solicit prizes from vendors, they are welcome to do so, with the following guidelines:
You need to do ALL the coordination with the vendor, including letters of solicitation, 'thank you' letters, photos of the product and presentation, and publicity expected by the vendor.
We recommend giving out all prizes as a 'random draws' instead of as 'performance based' prizes, to keep things friendly, and prevent bickering over scores and individual calls by the ROs.
When you coordinate with a vendor, you may decide which match is appropriate for awarding the prize.
Bottom line....prizes are welcome, but we want to keep the emphasis on the spirit of fellowship and camaraderie that makes the MoST Series so enjoyable. Thanks for your contributions to the effort.

Missouri Steel Tactical Safety and Match Conduct Rules
The purpose of the Missouri Steel Tactical Series is to grow and promote the precision rifle sport. Through this series we promote responsible rifle shooting and friendly competition. We encourage all competitors to enjoy the atmosphere and camaraderie of the best sport in the world.
Safety
1. The following rules are designed to provide a safe shooting environment for all involved in a MOST Competition and are not subject to discussion or debate. It is everyone’s individual responsibility to read and fully understand the MOST Safety Standards; ignorance is not an excuse for a safety violation. It is mandatory these rules be read by a Match Official prior to first rounds going down range.
2. Safety is the first and highest priority before, during, and after all MOST competitions and is everyone’s responsibility. Anyone who observes an unsafe act can call a cease fire at any point during the course of an event.
3. Keep muzzles pointed in a safe direction at all times regardless of the status of the weapon. Do not point any weapon at anything you do not wish to destroy. This is considered “flagging” and will not be tolerated.
4. Keep your finger off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until you are ready to shoot.
5. All MoST events will be run on cold ranges. A cold range is defined as keeping firearms unloaded until it is the competitor’s turn to shoot.
6. While conducting any movement with a firearm at a match, the participant will ensure all of their weapons are pointed in a safe direction at all times.
7. All participants will ensure all of their weapons are cleared with the magazine out at all times.
8. Open chambers (locked back if AR platform) will be utilized at all times unless actively egaged in a competition stage.
9. No person shall consume or be under the influence of alcohol or faculty altering drugs such as common narcotics during the match. Any person found to be impaired and unsafe as a result of legitimate prescription drugs may be directed to stop shooting and requested to leave the range.
10. Chambers will remain open/locked back until the squad leader gives the command of “Load and make ready.”
11. It is the shooter’s and squad leader’s responsibility to fully understand the COF and how to prepare their rifle prior to starting.
12. All transitions and movements during a course of fire must be done with open bolts and an empty chamber. An exception will be made for Semi- Automatic Rifles but only at the discretion and approval of the Match Director. If the MD does permit transitions and movements with a hot rifle, the weapon must be on safe and the shooter must give an audible “Safe” before moving; NO EXCEPTIONS.
13. The 180 degree rule must be adhered to at all times. No shooter will point their muzzle any more than 90 degrees off of the direction of fire in either direction.
14. Negligent Discharges (ND’s) are taken very seriously at any MOST event. A ND is defined as any round unintentionally discharged from a firearm during a transition, movement, and/or weapons manipulation; or a round intentionally discharged during a cease fire period. An ND that does not strike in the immediate vicinity of the planned target will result in immediate match disqualification of the shooter involved.
Match Conduct
1. The following chapter describes the conduct of MOST Matches. Some items are rules which must be followed to ensure match standards are met and others are guidelines which should be followed but may not be possible due to extenuating circumstances.
2. The Missouri steel tactical series will utilize the squad leader system for match flow. Squad leaders will be appointed by Match director based upon experience and rotation.
3. The Squad leader will give a detailed stage briefing set forward on the match description prior to all stages. The squad leader will appoint a spotter and a score person for each stage and rotation. These responsibilities are to be shared throughout the entire squad. If a question or concern should arise it will be brought to the squad leader. If the squad leader cannot resolve situation he/she shall bring it to the Match Director. The Match director can then confirm with all squad leaders the resolution.
Squad Leader Responsibilities
1. Squad leaders are responsible for all aspects of the COF they are running. They must have a complete understanding of exactly how the stage is to be executed. Any questions regarding the rules of the stage must be addressed with the MD prior to the start of the first shooter.
2. Squad leaders must have a full understanding of the official MOST Rules and SOP’s.
3. Squad leaders must ensure the rules are the exact same for each shooter.
4. A Stage Brief will be conducted prior to the start of each squad and all questions must be asked and answered prior to the start of the first shooter from each squad. Squad leaders will point out each target to the shooters except on “blind” stages in which case no shooter will be told the location of any target.
5. Squad leaders will provide the squad with time to conduct a walk-through of the stage which is not to exceed one minute per shooter unless the stage is to be a “blind” stage. It is up to the MD as to whether or not inspecting a firing position is permitted during the walk through.
6. Squad leader will insure that the following verbiage to start each shooter:
Shooter understand the course of fire?
Load and make ready.
Shooter ready?
Spotter ready?
Standby.... engage.

Time!

Magazine out, show clear.
Next shooter.
7. If at any point during the COF the Squad leader observes an unsafe act, he/she must call a cease-fire.
8. It is up to the Squad leader/MD’s discretion as to how procedural faults will be handled but must be the same for every shooter
9. Spotters are only required to call “Impact.” “Impact” is the only word that shall be used to let the shooter know the target he/she was engaging was struck with a bullet and will be scored as a hit. The word “hit” can be confused with “miss” and often times creates confusion so it shall not be used by the spotter.
10. Spotters or Squad leaders are not permitted to signify in any way to a shooter where their rounds are impacting during the COF. Telling them after they have finished shooting is encouraged.
11. For all timed courses of fire, the Score person will make every effort to ensure the shot timer registers the shooter’s final shot. Shooters will be automatically granted a buffer time of .3 seconds, meaning that if a shot was fired in 90.3 of 90 second stage and was an impact, the shooter will receive points for that impact.
12. Score person must show each shooter their score for the stage prior to the squad departing the stage. Every attempt shall be made for the shooter to initial next to his score.
13. Any issues that may arise must immediately be brought to the attention of the MD.
Shooter’s Responsibilities
1. The shooter is solely responsible for ensuring that he/she fully understands the MOST series and match rules as well as the COF prior to starting the stage.
2. Shooters are completely responsible for the equipment they are shooting to include their firearms and ammo. A firearm deemed to be unsafe can be grounds for removal from the match.
3. Shooters are solely responsible for their score. This applies to asking the Squad leader for a reshoot if the shooter believes one is warranted as well as ensuring the proper score was recorded for the stage. If the shooter does not sign for their score, they will not be permitted to petition the MD for a score change during the arbitration period.
Reshoots
1. Reshoots shall ONLY be permitted in the event of an interruption of the stage that was outside the control of the shooter. This may include broken targets, called cease fires for any reason not caused by the shooter, a broken prop or shooting support, or any other deemed reasonable by the RO. Reshoots will not be permitted for equipment malfunctions. Nor shall they be permitted for shooters who claim to have not understood the stage rules.
2. There are two types of reshoots in MoST Competitions.
a. Full Reshoot means the shooter will run the entire COF over from start to finish.
b. A Partial Reshoot means the shooter is placed in the exact same position they were in at the time of the stoppage and will have the exact amount of time placed back on the clock which was remaining at the time of the stoppage. If either the position or the time remaining cannot be determined, the shooter must take a full reshoot.
3. Once a shooter reshoots a stage, they must take the reshoot score.

On I-55, take exit 129 in Perryville, take the outer road north for a couple of miles and turn left (west) on T road (it's a stop sign and hard to miss), continue on T for approximately 1 3/4 miles and turn right (north) on N road. Continue on N for almost exactly 4 miles. You will see a yellow sign on the left side of N road that says "CFP", your turn will be approximately 100 yards on left from this sign. This is the easement road into the property. You'll continue on the easement road for about 6/10ths of a mile. As a reminder, the entrance road is still undergoing upgrades and has some rough spots in it. We don't recommend bringing any vehicles with low ground clearance.
Take exit 129 off of 55 regardless of where your GPS tells you to get off of 55.

The RULES are simple:
All shooters will compete in the same category....'run what you brung'. We may annotate those shooting .223, .308, and production rifles, just so you know how you compare to others using similar equipment.
You must complete all stages of a match with the same rifle unless a valid breakage is confirmed by the match director. In this case, a backup rifle must be used on all remaining stages.
You must compete in at least four matches to qualify for final standings and prizes.
You must participate at two or more of the available ranges.
****ONLY ONE MATCH WIN AT ANY ONE RANGE MAY BE COUNTED IN A SHOOTER'S CUMULATIVE 'FOUR BEST' SCORES***
Matches must have at least 20 shooters present to be counted in the series.
Junior shooters must be under the age of 18 on the date of the Finale match to qualify for the Top Junior trophy.

If you have questions about a load, contact Buzz for a determination well before the match. We reserve the right to disqualify any load that may cause damage to the steel or stands.
SCORING:
1. Scoring and Course of Fire for an individual match will be at the discretion of the match director.
2. The top shooter's 'MoST' score for that match will be 100.
Shooters below the leader will be awarded their percentage of the leaders score. i.e.
(if the leader scored 50 points, he is awarded 100 MOST points as his match
total. If you shoot 40 in the same match, you would be awarded 80 MOST points
as your match total 40 is 80% of 50 = 80 points).
3. The shooters SERIES score will be the SUM of a shooters best 4 matches in the series, plus their Finale Match score.
4. Shooters are responsible for insuring that their scores are correctly logged at each stage and on the final scoresheet at the end of a match. Shooters may review the MATH on the stages and final scoresheet, but sheets may only be corrected by the Match Director. Scores will not be changed after departing the range.
5. Series ties at the end of the season FINALE MATCH will be broken by the TIME or SCORE of the shooters on a predetermined stage as determined by the match director.
6. The range is cold for a period of one week before the finale for all shooters, and shooters may not practice on the barricades of that range during this period. Use of the short range for zeroing only IS permitted.
COACHING:
Shooters may discuss wind information BEFORE and AFTER any individual shooter performs a stage. NO INFORMATION CAN BE COMMUNICATED WHILE A SHOOTER IS ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN A STAGE....
EXCEPTION: shooters in their FIRST TWO precision rifle matches may receive wind coaching IF approved by the Match Director.
PRE-REGISTRATION SYSTEM
Registration will usually occur at 6PM on Sunday night, two weeks before each match. You will register by hitting the link we provide. It will list the number of slots, the start time, etc. We will put out a notice a couple of days before the signup so you can mark it on your calendars.
Fill in your NAME and EMAIL where indicated and hit the 'Register' button. Your name will be entered on the list of shooters in 'firstcome, first served' order.
You will immediately receive an email that will say you have been APPROVED... or WAITLISTED if the slots are full.
To sign up your wife, child, buddies, etc... Go to the same registration page and fill out a new registration for each person. You can use your email address more than once... it will prompt you to check a box stating that you want to register again with this email... that is OKAY! If THEY need to cancel, it is ON YOU! Do it for them with the email you initially received for them.
RANGE OWNERS AND MATCH DIRECTORS MAY REQUIRE NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAYMENT OF MATCH FEES AT THEIR DISCRETION.
PRIZES
The MoST Series is all about encouraging people to get out and participate in the sport. We aim to build proficiency in a fun and friendly environment. We do not actively solicit prizes from sponsors (we are too busy just getting all the matches together and running), but prizes always add to the fun and anticipation of an upcoming match. If participants want to solicit prizes from vendors, they are welcome to do so, with the following guidelines:
You need to do ALL the coordination with the vendor, including letters of solicitation, 'thank you' letters, photos of the product and presentation, and publicity expected by the vendor.
We recommend giving out all prizes as a 'random draws' instead of as 'performance based' prizes, to keep things friendly, and prevent bickering over scores and individual calls by the ROs.
When you coordinate with a vendor, you may decide which match is appropriate for awarding the prize.
Bottom line....prizes are welcome, but we want to keep the emphasis on the spirit of fellowship and camaraderie that makes the MoST Series so enjoyable. Thanks for your contributions to the effort.
DIVISIONS

Missouri Steel Tactical Safety and Match Conduct Rules
The purpose of the Missouri Steel Tactical Series is to grow and promote the precision rifle sport. Through this series we promote responsible rifle shooting and friendly competition. We encourage all competitors to enjoy the atmosphere and camaraderie of the best sport in the world.
Safety
1. The following rules are designed to provide a safe shooting environment for all involved in a MOST Competition and are not subject to discussion or debate. It is everyone’s individual responsibility to read and fully understand the MOST Safety Standards; ignorance is not an excuse for a safety violation. It is mandatory these rules be read by a Match Official prior to first rounds going down range.
2. Safety is the first and highest priority before, during, and after all MOST competitions and is everyone’s responsibility. Anyone who observes an unsafe act can call a cease fire at any point during the course of an event.
3. Keep muzzles pointed in a safe direction at all times regardless of the status of the weapon. Do not point any weapon at anything you do not wish to destroy. This is considered “flagging” and will not be tolerated.
4. Keep your finger off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until you are ready to shoot.
5. All MoST events will be run on cold ranges. A cold range is defined as keeping firearms unloaded until it is the competitor’s turn to shoot.
6. While conducting any movement with a firearm at a match, the participant will ensure all of their weapons are pointed in a safe direction at all times.
7. All participants will ensure all of their weapons are cleared with the magazine out at all times.
8. Open chambers (locked back if AR platform) will be utilized at all times unless actively egaged in a competition stage.
9. No person shall consume or be under the influence of alcohol or faculty altering drugs such as common narcotics during the match. Any person found to be impaired and unsafe as a result of legitimate prescription drugs may be directed to stop shooting and requested to leave the range.
10. Chambers will remain open/locked back until the squad leader gives the command of “Load and make ready.”
11. It is the shooter’s and squad leader’s responsibility to fully understand the COF and how to prepare their rifle prior to starting.
12. All transitions and movements during a course of fire must be done with open bolts and an empty chamber. An exception will be made for Semi- Automatic Rifles but only at the discretion and approval of the Match Director. If the MD does permit transitions and movements with a hot rifle, the weapon must be on safe and the shooter must give an audible “Safe” before moving; NO EXCEPTIONS.
13. The 180 degree rule must be adhered to at all times. No shooter will point their muzzle any more than 90 degrees off of the direction of fire in either direction.
14. Negligent Discharges (ND’s) are taken very seriously at any MOST event. A ND is defined as any round unintentionally discharged from a firearm during a transition, movement, and/or weapons manipulation; or a round intentionally discharged during a cease fire period. An ND that does not strike in the immediate vicinity of the planned target will result in immediate match disqualification of the shooter involved.
Match Conduct
1. The following chapter describes the conduct of MOST Matches. Some items are rules which must be followed to ensure match standards are met and others are guidelines which should be followed but may not be possible due to extenuating circumstances.
2. The Missouri steel tactical series will utilize the squad leader system for match flow. Squad leaders will be appointed by Match director based upon experience and rotation.
3. The Squad leader will give a detailed stage briefing set forward on the match description prior to all stages. The squad leader will appoint a spotter and a score person for each stage and rotation. These responsibilities are to be shared throughout the entire squad. If a question or concern should arise it will be brought to the squad leader. If the squad leader cannot resolve situation he/she shall bring it to the Match Director. The Match director can then confirm with all squad leaders the resolution.
Squad Leader Responsibilities
1. Squad leaders are responsible for all aspects of the COF they are running. They must have a complete understanding of exactly how the stage is to be executed. Any questions regarding the rules of the stage must be addressed with the MD prior to the start of the first shooter.
2. Squad leaders must have a full understanding of the official MOST Rules and SOP’s.
3. Squad leaders must ensure the rules are the exact same for each shooter.
4. A Stage Brief will be conducted prior to the start of each squad and all questions must be asked and answered prior to the start of the first shooter from each squad. Squad leaders will point out each target to the shooters except on “blind” stages in which case no shooter will be told the location of any target.
5. Squad leaders will provide the squad with time to conduct a walk-through of the stage which is not to exceed one minute per shooter unless the stage is to be a “blind” stage. It is up to the MD as to whether or not inspecting a firing position is permitted during the walk through.
6. Squad leader will insure that the following verbiage to start each shooter:
Shooter understand the course of fire?
Load and make ready.
Shooter ready?
Spotter ready?
Standby.... engage.

7. If at any point during the COF the Squad leader observes an unsafe act, he/she must call a cease-fire.
8. It is up to the Squad leader/MD’s discretion as to how procedural faults will be handled but must be the same for every shooter
9. Spotters are only required to call “Impact.” “Impact” is the only word that shall be used to let the shooter know the target he/she was engaging was struck with a bullet and will be scored as a hit. The word “hit” can be confused with “miss” and often times creates confusion so it shall not be used by the spotter.
10. Spotters or Squad leaders are not permitted to signify in any way to a shooter where their rounds are impacting during the COF. Telling them after they have finished shooting is encouraged.
11. For all timed courses of fire, the Score person will make every effort to ensure the shot timer registers the shooter’s final shot. Shooters will be automatically granted a buffer time of .3 seconds, meaning that if a shot was fired in 90.3 of 90 second stage and was an impact, the shooter will receive points for that impact.
12. Score person must show each shooter their score for the stage prior to the squad departing the stage. Every attempt shall be made for the shooter to initial next to his score.
13. Any issues that may arise must immediately be brought to the attention of the MD.
Shooter’s Responsibilities
1. The shooter is solely responsible for ensuring that he/she fully understands the MOST series and match rules as well as the COF prior to starting the stage.
2. Shooters are completely responsible for the equipment they are shooting to include their firearms and ammo. A firearm deemed to be unsafe can be grounds for removal from the match.
3. Shooters are solely responsible for their score. This applies to asking the Squad leader for a reshoot if the shooter believes one is warranted as well as ensuring the proper score was recorded for the stage. If the shooter does not sign for their score, they will not be permitted to petition the MD for a score change during the arbitration period.
Reshoots
1. Reshoots shall ONLY be permitted in the event of an interruption of the stage that was outside the control of the shooter. This may include broken targets, called cease fires for any reason not caused by the shooter, a broken prop or shooting support, or any other deemed reasonable by the RO. Reshoots will not be permitted for equipment malfunctions. Nor shall they be permitted for shooters who claim to have not understood the stage rules.
2. There are two types of reshoots in MoST Competitions.
a. Full Reshoot means the shooter will run the entire COF over from start to finish.
b. A Partial Reshoot means the shooter is placed in the exact same position they were in at the time of the stoppage and will have the exact amount of time placed back on the clock which was remaining at the time of the stoppage. If either the position or the time remaining cannot be determined, the shooter must take a full reshoot.
3. Once a shooter reshoots a stage, they must take the reshoot score.
