The one for the USP45 did.
It was a pretty weak design by todays standard.
Very loud.

I had one many years ago and that one did. But that was the EU version and I dont know if there are any differences to the one you get in the US

Of course as it's only use is for a Mk 23 which is threaded M16x1 RH and is the only pistol with that specific pattern.
Typically all metric 16x1 are LH
