Rifle Scopes MLR Formula?

I have a NF with a MLR reticle.

I was wondering if anyone has a formula for the MLR, similiar to the mil dot formula?

I would use the same formula, or MilDot Master if one was handy.

[[Target size (in)/36] * 1000] / mil reading = distance to target (yards)

The MLR is just a milliradian-based reticle - like a mildot without the dots...
