Your explanation is aimed a little more at MOA as an adjustment and how it applies in a practical way to use of the scope, as opposed to strictly explaining the concept of MOA as an angular measurement. But yes, if one reads it carefully, it does explain MOA, and you have an illustration that I think people will find helpful when trying to understand the concept of MOA.
