Mossberg Night Train II in .308

Hi guys. I've been in the AF for 15 years, 5 deployments. I'm not new to shooting, just long range shooting. I just read a review of the Mossberg Night Train 2 in .308. I can go out to 500m locally and maybe more. I've heard of a phantom steel pig at the local range out at 800 or so.

So, the question is, anyone have experience good or bad with the Mossberg series of rifels? Quality, junk, move along? Is it a good start right out of the box? Thanks for your time and opinions.

Dont waste your cash, get a decent Rem 700 Tactical or a Savage 10 tactical, you can get the savages at quite a good price.

Remington SPS-Varmint..all I need to say.

Buy a new tock for it, and that little fucker will shoot goooooood..

A good friend of mine bought a new Mossberg 4x4 this past summer against my advice.What a cheap piece of shit! Flexi-flyer stock,stamped shit trigger group,total crap looked like it was made in china....he traded it in for a older used Weatherby.At least it was better quality....
