When the SCCA went to GT-1 we moved up from B/Production. I made the changes but the best was the tires. Big tires are like Big Tit's...It's never a bad decision.

I understand big tires to be a bad decision in land speed racing (think Bonneville salt flats). You want a small, or at least narrow, tire. Something about less rolling resistance and better aero? Apparently it's also a bitch to make tires (and bearings) that hold up at those speeds for the length of time they're running.

It is 20 years this year. Feels like it was just last September. The rifle raffle is really cool.
Also, probably the best collector car to own and collect since you'll never want to drive it anyway.

I guess I could try shooting a 6.5CM though, I'd just want to file off the barrel stamp 6.5CM, then file off the 6.5CM headstamp and lie to everyone what caliber it is... But I think I'd still feel gay inside so Ill just stick with the 260's
