The buyer pays transfer tax ($200 to Dept of Treasury) if in Arkansas otherwise one tax to FFL in your state and second tax your ffl to yourself. Your payment in full to me begins transfer. I am not paying any transfer taxes.
This is is a factory M2 Short Barreled Shotgun 14” bbl open cylinder Bore 12 gauge 5+1 pistol grip rifle sights originally from police swat to dealer who transferred it to me on a Form 4. Minor scratches on stock and bbl.
Please, prior to responding, familiarize yourself with transfer requirements on ATF web site. Average time to probably expect is 10 months to a year after submitting your fingerprints for FBI background check. Once approved I will arrange delivery to you w a meeting at a police station for you to take delivery if you are an Arkansas resident; otherwise I will ship to your ffl. This is again a NFA weapon.

It is with flawless function. I misplaced the curvy washer in the forearm and replaced it with a new Benelli normal washer. Rock solid.
