I thought the guidlines stated

“Members are allowed to decline a transaction without penalty. No reason is required for refusal of payment.”

It sucks that a guy would ghost you like that. But it doesnt seem to be against the rules.

Courtesy and treating others with respect is the problem. If you can't make it work, atleast answer back

Everyone I've had dealings with on this site have been great. If I make a high dollar purchase here I'd like to look at honest feedback of the person I'm sending money to. This sport isn't getting any cheaper
