I have a new, never fired Remington Custom Shop tactical rifle for sale. It is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and was throated for the factory Hornady 143eldx ammo. Specs are:

I am moving for a new job and need let some things go. I built this rifle 4 years ago and have never shot it...ever... I am asking 2800.00 OBO, shipped to your FFL. Shipping to California add 50.00 for all the crap involved with shipping a firearm to California. If face to face in SD the price is 2700.00.

I am a little confused as to what part(s) of this package were pieced together by the Remington Custom shop? Is this an entirely Remington built rifle or is the action a custom shop part and the remainder just quality components added to that custom action? I guess I never knew you could get second party components from Remington. More curiosity than anything else. Thanks

This entire rifle was built by the Remington Custom Shop. Every component was sourced and bought and assembled by RCS. Every rifle built there is put together in this manner. The Custom Shop is no different than any other custom builder in the country other than it is owned by Big Green. I will stand by the work, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and importantly in the precision of this and any rifle that the RCS built. If it sounds like I am a little bias, you might be correct. I have a specific interest in this shop. And just so everyone knows, you cannot buy a 40X action from the Custom Shop to build a rifle on. The only way this can be accomplished is by finding a used rifle on the market and rebuilding off of it. All 40X actions came out of the custom shop as a completed rifle in the beginning of its life.
