I am going to buy a MPA BA Comp chassis and have been looking at pictures of the midnight bronze and like it a lot, but there are some angles and pictures of it that make it look really sparkly and a little too flashy. Have they changed the color recently and it’s different than it used to be? Or does it really just change that much based on lighting? If anyone has pictures of theirs they would be much appreciated! Thanks.

I ordered a free sample from the company thats makes the coating. They state on their site that it has metal flake in it. It does. I also received tungsten, flat dark earth, and sniper green. The tungsten had metal flake on it too. The other 2 do not. The metal flake helped the coating resist finger prints on the samples I received. Those samples were all free. They were delivered promptly. I was allowed 5 free samples. This reinforces my decision to go with midnight Bronze. Hope this helps.

Interesting ... mine is definitely not flashy or sparkly ... just a cool dark bronze color.
I only recently received the sample. Perhaps they changed the color before they changed the name on the website because I remember seeing it as burnt bronze. But I ordered midnight Bronze the color number did not change. Bother were labeled H-294.
