I've got a Browning X bolt Medallion in 300 WM.
Recoil is manageable, but it certainly isn't as comfortable to shoot as my 6.5 CM.
A bigger issue is that I get a lot of muzzle jump.
Shots are on target, but I definitely don't keep my target in view after I pull the trigger.
Looking for a muzzle break to help reduce muzzle jump.
Anyone recommendations are appreciated.
It's not threaded yet. It's a really slender barrel. The muzzle has a .6 inch diameter.
One gunsmith told me he'd had to cut "at least 8 inches off to thread it"....... So I might need a gun smith recommendation as well.
I'm in Houston, local-ish smiths would be preferred.
