Muzzle break

When unsupressed I would take a look at the blast forward devices or a linear compensator.

More linear recoil kick but it does IMO noticeably decrease shooter felt sound pressure.

Plus you can always just use it with the break.

Friend has one of these. Works pretty well for what it is.

I run a jp recoil eliminator on a 10” 7.62x39 (not exactly 300 bo, but close ish). It makes the recoil MUCH more manageable, easy to shoot. However the concussive force hammering those standing near by is miserable and punishing. Not something to shoot at a range around others, or in a closed environment.
I agree with OldSalty, if you are shooting around others, I’d look into a device with a blast shield, there are a few out there.

for 300 BO I would imagine you are going to suppress it sooner than later right? I have a Saker 7.62 from silencerco and their ASR mount and ASR Muzzle Brake work nice together.
