25" +/- to threads, 820 +/- muzzle , 1.22 +/- at chamber , painted/parc , Remington proofs, REP in oval, T in triangle, H stand alone (could be an anchor) and then on the opposite side read right to left just MX? (left to right XW but that would be inconsistent with the proof direction letters on the other side)
threads are pretty rusty, barrel condition very good.

Any thoughts as to date? I am guessing 72-73 but there is no month assigned to M
