I've built a number of lower AR's before but this is my first complete rifle build. I'm very happy with the rifle so far. The targets are from my first range session using some S&B 140 and Hornady American Gunner 140. I think the gun is more capable than I am. Easy Sub-MOA. I don't currently hand-load so will be using only factory ammo for now. I have some Hornady ELD 140 Match ammo to try as well.
Thanks for all the helpful threads from other posters that led me towards a +2 barrel and the Superlative Arms Gas Block. Brass is coming out very clean with no primer issues. I may need to go to one of the lighter springs as occasionally I don't get last round lock back with the S&B. I still might need to do a little tuning with the Gas Block and spring selections but it's running really well overall.
One of the reasons I selected the Proof Research barrel was that I read they were head-spaced for the JP Bolt. I checked headspace with Forster 6.5 Gages and everything checked out.

Since taking this picture I changed the grip to FDE and may order a PRS in FDE at some point but I already had this one on-hand that I moved from another rifle.
