Well let's just say that Jered Joplin knows how to build one. I showed up at his shop with a box of parts and pieces. I ended up pretty much buying everything off of Snipers Hide. It took me about three weeks to find all the parts to build what I thought was the perfect match gun. Anyway, the build list goes like this.
Defiance action w/ fluted bolt, AW cut, and .30 pinned recoil lug also pinned 20moa base
Broughton 7.2 1in 8 twist cut to 23 1/4"
McMillan A-5 adj 75%od 25%blk
Huber 2 stage trigger set at 2lbs
APA bottom metal
AW 10rd mags
APA lil bastard brake
260 Lapua brass
Berger 140vld
He bedded the action and bottom metal and this thing fits like a glove. He had it back to me in 3 weeks. It just doesn't get any better than that. This thing shoots lights out no matter what I do.
I haven't taken the time until now to brag on it.
