Remington 700

Bell & Carlson black/grey web alaskan Ti stock, fluted bolt (Kampfeld customs), leupold vx-3 3.5-10x40mm w/alumina flip covers.
Started with a 700sps I got on clearance at Cabela's for $439 which also included the $40 rebate which brought it down to $399 basically plus tax. Not a bad deal.
This was my first attempt at building up a rifle, figured I would start with my deer rifle and move on from there.

Re: My deer rifle project

that's a sweet rig. you could use that thing for way more then deer. If its light weight then it could be your carry around big game gun. Fast, flat, and hard enough hitting for elk out too 400-500 yards.

Im making myself a light weight carry rig. But because of money due to young age im starting with scope cause my factory rifle is more accurate then i need. I am just waiting on my 4-16x50mm PST FFP moa/moa scope to come in to take on my Montana Elk Hunt this year!!
