Well after looking and looking and looking.....I decided to order a Savage model 10 FCP-SR. I like that it already has the threaded /fluted barrel, accu trigger, 20 MOA scope base, and the detachable box mag. Anyone have any experience?.....Next is to find a decent scope in the $5-$600 range....I can't wait til it comes in....woohoo

The SWFA SS 10x42 MIL/MIL is $400 and is an awesome scope for the money.

Like the above post the SS Mil/Mil line is an amazing scope for the money! For $5-600 you might also check into the Vortex Viper HS 5-15x44 midwayusa special. I have one and it is great scope!
