So to start things off, I jumped on a group-buy from CAPRC on a manners stock probably in Dec 2010. It's August and I still dont have a stock. Now everything that happen in between is what really sets Manners Composite Stocks above many other companies.
So I called in mid july frustrated on why it's taking so long. I know they were moving and they were just starting the molded colors but I didn't expect 6 months for a stock. I spoke with a representative and they told me they were going to have to call me back since they said I had no order on file. 2 hours later Tom Manners himself called back and apologized for the wait and said the order somehow slipped between the cracks and was never process. With that said, he told me it will be done in a month and he gave me a "discounted" camo job.
A week later, they called again to double check with me that the colors were correct. Just last week the stock is finally complete and I received another call. Right now, I just got a call from Brandon, the painter. It's 8.25 pm in CA. I know for a fact they are closed but he wanted to double check and tell me the colors I have might clash together. He then helped me pick out another color scheme.
Stock should be shipping out monday and I can't wait. Point of the story is that I'm glad my order was lost. I thought MCS was just another company pumping out stocks but in the last month, I realized they REALLY CARE about their customers and I saw that from the actions they were taking to get my stock perfect and done for me.
I will DEFINITELY continue to do business with them! I tip my hat down to Mr. Manners and his team.
