My MKII project, progress has been made. Updated

After a 3 month wait my Sharp Shooter Supply stock showed up. Found some time to squirt a little color on it:

If I can sneak a little more time it will get some satin clear and be put back together. The other side of the stock has 2 flush cups in it for my TIS sling. Here is a before pic with factory stock:

Very nice work. How much prep work was required on the stock? (mold lines sanded, holes epoxied, ECT)?

Its a wood laminate stock, no mold lines. If you want to know how I feel about the SSS stock, PM me.

Got the gun put back together. Came out with alot more shine than my last one, couldn't find the same clear that I had used before.

Glad you finally got your stock. Next week will make 3 months wait for me. Guess I'll call and harass them again tomorrow.
