This is my first 22 mag. I was not sure what to expect, I asked a lot of people what to get 22lr, 17hmr, 22mag and I ended up deciding 22mag would be the new stick. I live in Canada where it is really windy and in the end that made it pretty easy to decide of 22mag. I must say I feel as if people look past the cartridge and buy 17's. I could not be happier with my choice. Yesterday the wind was blowing at 15mph and my friend's 17 was getting pushed around at 100y while my mag was still straight with almost no flyers. So if anyone here is a proud mag shooter im with ya! The picture is of a 5 shot group at 100yards
