This is the finished AR-15 9mm with a 9 inch barrel and the suppressor PINNED & WELDED so I don't need an SBR stamp

Zev, I have been patiently watching to see if somebody else would ask the following question, no one has, so I will.

"Why did you surface feature the inside of the cone?"

Thanks, just trying to be sure before I comment more directly.

It's chatter from the counter cink I used..... Thought it looked cool and thought it might help in some way .... And yes it was planned

Zev, Its exactly what and where you don't want it. Polish it all out, backside of the entry flat, both sides of the cone, every surface except the flat entry facing. Get that feature on center the 2/3 of the entry flat (not on the outer receiving rim edge detail) and you will have helped. You want turbulence on the entry flat, you want high pressure forward purge on both sides of the K. Stop it on the flat, move it everywhere else. I can't see the bore gas angle into the trap. Are you timing these upon assembly or just throwing them in?

The burn pattern looks good as I can see heavy patterns from the carbon and it also sounds great

Notice the white burn pattern on the flat of the blast baffle

Re: My new k baffle desighn for AR-15 9mm

Well just finished shooting a grand total if 1200 FMGS since the first shot so I thought I'd clean my suppressor by beed blasting
Suppressor came apart easy and the first 3 baffles had a ton of build up on the flats but no damage ore bending on any if the 6 baffles
Went together very easy and still no point of shift from un suppressed.... Still no video sorry
