My name is Cody. I'm 23 years old and looking to get into some long distance courses. I've been lurking the site for a little while now and figured I'd register and introduce myself. Great info on here and I'm looking forward to learning more about the sport. Now onto my setup..
Remington 700 SA
-20" threaded Douglas barrel with Gemtech break
-XLR Evolution Chassis
-Harris Swivel bipod
-Timney trigger
-Seekins 20 MOA rail and rings
I just have a cheap Sightmark 8.5-24x50 on the rifle as of right now. Euro Optic is about 10 minutes up the road from me so I've been talking to them about what optics would best fulfill my needs. Im stuck between the new Vortex Viper PST FFP or spending a little more and jumping into a Nightforce. Any input is appreciated.
