You can start with 0.8C per 1ms but the sensitivity is one mystery for now as it is a product of inner ballistics and changes with cartridge, so it is custom for every cartridge and even gun.

In my .300NM I have next to no velocity change going from -15C to 35C.

That's horrible if accurate. I haven't used it before, but that would be a dealbreaker for me.
