Precision Rifle Gear Name of RRS Adapter Plate???

I'm on the struggle bus here trying to remember the name of the plate that we used to have to buy to make bipods work with the older single (center) screw RRS SOAR mounts. Anyone know the model/name of them?

I'm trying to search but I'm coming up broke. Plenty of pics out there but I think they've been such a thing of the past that they aren't made anymore....or just hard to find.

Essentially trying to find the adapter plate's model that will allow the mounting of a single screw older-style RRS SOAR lever to a double screw LW17/ADM/two-screw patterned item.
