Necking .408 CT down to .375

I have a decent amount of Bertram .408 brass that I’m not using for .408. I would like to neck it down to .375. Anyone done that? How is that done and what tools are needed?

Anneal it then Run it through your 375 die then trim it. Will probably grow 10-20 thou
