Need a single-shot follower for Tikka T3x-TAC-A1 magazine

Mountain Tactical makes one of THESE, but it doesn't fit the TAC-A1 magazine (6.5-CM). Has anyone found a solution for this? Just curious ... because most of the competitions I have lined up this year are "single-shot" and seating the round is much more reliable with something other than the magazine's stock follower.

Not sure if this helps but I love my Bob Sled in AICS form for single load in the MDT chassis. 308/6/6.5 version

Hopefully MDT will release a single shot AICS Sled and it'll all be good. Until then get something like this:

Or toss a loose round on top of the magazine and hope for the best...or thumb it into the chamber and close the bolt.

Assuming the CTR mags are interchangeable with the Tac A1, you can go with this. Works great in my CTR:

I looked at the other so called sleds and stuck with Bob Sled fits and functions perfect in MDT chassis as I stated before

Good gadget, won't work. These need to be machined for the specific mag opening. The search continues ...

I think @waspocrew has the correct answer above. Tac a1 use ctr mags.

I get about 1-in-5 rounds that don't feed, and depending on how hard I close the bolt, I can damage the bullet tip. A single shot follower ensures it works every time.

There is a simple adjustment to the. Agazine on the site somewhere, that resolved my feed issue, also just ensure you ar e not short stroking the bolt as that can cause miss feeds

I just drop mine onto the magazine and have zero issue with the feeding Tac a1 6.5 creedmoor
