need help on scope rings height for 375 CT

hello every one

i need a little help to decide what height of 30mm Barrett scope rings i should use on my new 375 CT project
they have four diffrent height to choose from

the action is lawton 8000 with 40 moa rail
stock is XLR
scope is nightforce 5.5-22x56

I do not have the same setup, but FWIW I run the NF (50 mm obj) over a 20 min base and need the mediums to clear comfortable with covers etc.

Since you are running a base with more "down" cant AND a bigger objective, i would think you may need the high rings.

I am assuming you do not have the weapon yet to measure or mock up?

1" high rings will clear it with a heavy contour barrel.
Is the .40 moa rail also from LAWTON?

My 8000 with Lawton 40moa base has badger standards.(.823). Scope is a 5-22 50 mm Nxs.


*It is a tight fit, the bikini cover has to be notched to clear

On my EDM Windrunner I have been using Badger Max-50 Ultra highs with my NSX 5.5X22X56

the rifle is incomplete the barrel and brake are the only part i got this moment



here is my barrel next to my 338 lapua

i have to wait for 4-6 weeks for the action and the stock
sometimes the waiting part is hard so i would like to order useble rings to have ready to go out and shoot


the rail is also from lawton

it would be nice if any of you can post here tread on groupsize or pictures of your setups
