Need help on trying to set up a charity match.

I have the private land to host the shoot in Texas with 600 yard steel and maybe longer distances out to 1000 yards if we cut brush out the way. I just know nothing about putting these types of shoots together and how to run the matches. Below are a couple of links to the charity I am wanting to put this on for.
