Gunsmithing Need Help removing a Rock River "Half Quad Rail"

I am having trouble removing a Rock River Arms Half Quad Rail off an Upper Receiver, and was wondering if anyone has experience installing or removing these.

Any help is greatly appreicated

Pure speculation on my part but if they install them like they install the castle nuts it's gonna take a fair bit of heat to break it loose. They use red loctite like that's the only thing holding it on there.
