I need recommendations on a belt holster for a sig p226. I am getting away from a leather holster and would like a low profile one ( as low profile as they get for outside the waistband).

A kydex pancake holster is what you want. That's about as low profile as a plastic OWB holster gets.

There are TONS of makes selling them all over the internet. having said that here's who I use for my plastic pancakes:

T-Rex Arms Ragnarok also has an option to just use belt loops. Can be had for use with a light as well, assuming you have a Surefire x300.

Muddy river tactical has some good owb stuff. Pretty low profile.
