This is a value option. The over the belt clips are decently secure, but make for a fast on/off option.
If you find one that fits your specs, these aren't bad, available on Amazon 1 at a time too, but the bundle is the savings.

Having used and own both SF & Streamlight. I prefer the Streamlight TLR-1 HL for most applications because I prefer the rocker motion over the push button. I've had 2 SF lights die on me and 1 SL having owned multiple types of both brands. They're simple, basically batteries & light bulbs with buttons.
Overall design, I prefer SF having watched my friend take both brands apart for fun to rebuild them (he does this with his cars too). That said, I'd trust my life to SL no issue. Just keep in mind BOTH brands will fail occasionally.
If you're Lefty, go SF. bear in mind that mounting the X300U on a carbine behind the front sight, you have a mirror/ambi setup whereas with the TLR rocker, you have to train/practice/remember which is which or risk a constant ON light.
I don't ever carry with a light attached to a pistol concealed. The Tenicor Certum3 is a very very good AIWB holster (without a light, can't speak with) with very tight clips (not fast on/off) but carries AIWB excellent if you're not fat. My buddy tried mine and realized with his belly, it didn't work for him.
