I am looking to get into reloading I know some items are hard to get right now. My question is where do I start, being from NE and Hornady an hour away they look like a good place to get their complete kit, is this a bad idea. My other option is RCBS, which one as far as quality. Pros and cons of both would be nice. Or should I watch ebay and piece together a good used setup. My calibers are .223, 6.8, .308, .45, 30.06 if it matters.

Look here first, read it thoroughly, and then again.http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=96660#Post96660
I prefer Redding equipment for single stage rifle reloading and I have a Dillon for the pistol stuff. Be prepared to spend some more money than you might expect, the kits can be OK but you will find that you will need things they don't come with and come with things you won't need.
