What is the height for the medium and high Super Sniper rings from SWFA. As best I can tell it's not listed on the site.

I need to mount a 16x Super sniper which has a 50mm OD objective(I think) on a flat rail.

I'm thinking the mediums will get it done but I'm not sure.

    Thanks

You'll need at least 1.2ish" from rail to centerline, most folks prefer 1.4-1.5" on AR's.
The 16X SS's have a 42mm objective, and if mine weren't in the room where my wife's sleeping I'd go measure it for you....
I've got no idea on the SWFA ring's heights.

Looks like you'd need highs from their picture, but another thing to consider is how far forward do you need? Unless you have a railed handguard that is PERFECTLY aligned with your receiver you will need some type of cantilever (for the eye relief to be right the front section of the scope's maintube will probably be forward of you receiver).
Best bet is a 5/8' extended riser and regular rings

So mediums should put you at 1.197" (centerline of scope) above rail......that'll work if you have high cheekbones.

    Here's a SS16X at 1.2" for a visual:
