Need Some Help Creating Elevation Table

I'm looking for some basic help or to point me in the right direction. What I'm looking to do is work on my proficiency beyond 100 yards, including tables for elevation come up for 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000 yards. Can anyone tell me what a 1" adjustment on my scope will turn into at these distances?

Additionally, if anyone has any tables for the Federal gold medal match 168gr and Hornady TAP 150gr AMAX, I'd appreciate that as well. If you can give me estimates for how much these bullets drop at each range, I'd really appreciate it.

Those holds will vary based on your temp, barometric pressure, humidity, muzzle velocity and BC. If you have that I could plug it into my PDA.
