Need some help ID-ing a magazine

I have a friend who needs to ID a .380 auto magazine.

His father is Vietnam veteran, MACV-SOG. 84 years old.

Father has dementia, had to go to the VA and son had to remove firearms from the house last night.

Friend got everything accounted for that he knows of, except he found this .380 magazine and doesn’t know what pistol it fits.

Does anyone have a .380 that has this exact magazine?

It would help to know what my friend is looking for. He’s going to examine every hiding spot he can think of.

That’s about as generic as they come…

And you might try moving into vintage.

Could be an aftermarket as no markings…. But my bet would be something like a Llama III “baby” 45. Inexpensive Spanish gun. Popular in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s because it resembled a 1911.

Nope, I thought of that Feed lips are wrong and no release notch as Colt drops its magazine at the heel.

Look at Beretta 380 mags, maybe a 1934 model.

That and a Nylon66. Never ever take one of those apart. Clean with a pressure washer if you have to.

But DO NOT take it apart!
