Do all QD rings have a lever tightener? Or is there another ring that will come off the top of a PIC rail rather than slide off forward by a different means? I would like to swap 2 scopes and mounts on one rifle. I need one in 30mm and one in a 1". Thanks.

I have the Leupold QRW rings in both 30mm and 1" and love them with the Pic rail. Great return to zero for them. Within 1/2 min for sure maybe better, might be me or the rifle.
They do have a lever on them and tip off the rail to the side when removing but only 1.5 turns on levers to be loose enough to remove/install. After tightening the lever can be pulled out and rotated to the place that is best out of the way.
