Hey guys, I'm having a custom muzzle brake made for my Daniel Defense M4 Carbine upper. It currently has the factory flash hider on it.
I've been poking around online, and can't find the exact outside diameter of the barrel right before the threads. I need to know the exact measurement so I can have the brake machined with a taper that matches the OD of the barrel.
I believe that the thread pitch is 1/2×28 TPI, but I'd like to confirm this as well.
