Most of the people here can do that all day long with their Remingtons "if they do their part".
Seriously, that is truly amazing shooting. You can only image the pressure the marksman felt for the last shot.

That's easy I do it all the time. Shoot two touching and pop the other 3 off the paper.

I'm not a bench rest shooter by a long shot, but that is impressive any way you look at it.
Sure, shooting from a "Vice" as you call it but still:
I've shot enough high power and such to know normally wind and other enviormental conditions arn't that big of a deal at 200 slopping rounds in a 3.5 MOA X-10 ring,
BUT: it don't take much wind, or temp change, to move a bullet .089, even at 200 yards.
Bench or not, that boy has to be a hard holder.

Looks left of center to me.
All bs aside that is some slick shooting; Pretty much a clean 5 shot hole is definitely something. Hummingbird farts would move it too little for me to bother with but enough to put them in last place lol.

Ummmm, no they are not. The rifles ride on rests, and are generally shot in free recoil. Even rail guns have a return to battery system on them.
Anybody happen to notice the team aggregate? The average of 100 five shot groups was .212". Try to wrap your head around that for a moment.
Im not anal enough to be a BR guy and frankly I'm not very interested in it, but f@&kin wow!

It was .212 <span style="text-decoration: underline">MoA</span>, which, @200 meters, works out to about 0.485". Still not too shabby.

I'm not a big fan of a rest where you can mechanically dial in the shot, but it's tough to argue the results. 220 russian is a round I'm not familiar with either.
