I got my stock yesterday from Stocky's. Great fit all around. Just needs a bit of sanding in the barrel channel. Now I'm waiting on some funds so I can get Wyatts DBM setup.

Re: New B&C for the LTR

I had a bit of bad luck with the one I bought for my 10FP. It didnt fit worth a damn. I tried to fix it but had no luck so it got sent back to B&C. Now they are telling me that I took to much material off and that it voided my warranty. Oh well I guess.

Re: New B&C for the LTR

Great lookin' stock, Jake. I received my B&C Medalist,#6560, today and am also very pleased. The inletting is spot on for my Howa 1500 heavy barrel, much better than I expected, although I had heard good reports. I have stocks from McM and High Tech Specialties and the inletting on this Medalist is every bit as good. I still plan on skim bedding mine, but I believe it's 95%+ GTG as is.

Thanks Gunner75 for steering me in the right direction!!!

Again, good going Jake.

Re: New B&C for the LTR

how long did you have to wait? mine went a little over 8 weeks before I got it. there was a fitment issue but it turned out to be my rifle and not the stock. I'm very happy with mine for the money

Re: New B&C for the LTR

I ordered mine friday night. It was in stock at Stockys. It arrived yesterday afternoon. At first I wasnt sure if I would like the color (olive w/black web) but after setting my action down in it (held in by the action screws and washers to act as trigger guard space) I love the color.

Re: New B&C for the LTR

Too many people have found out about B&C lately so their delivery times have stretched out a lot. My first stock only took me 2 weeks to arrive, my second took about 6 weeks, and I'm at about 9 weeks on my third one right now.

I can't buy whatever Stocky's or other places have in stock because I need a Shorter than stock LOP, so all my stocks have had to be built. Still, my first stock (a fully adjustable A5) only took 2 weeks, now a plain light tactical with 12.5" LOP is taking more than two months.
