I just shot my first 22-250 this weekend. We were hitting groundhogs at 400 yards with that thing... Flippin absurd how deadly accurate that they are. The guy who owns the rifle told me (he reloads the rounds) that his velocity is around 3700, and he shot a .280 the weekend before. I don't doubt him. Sick rifles they be.

Most of the goodies on the rifle are pretty common (and nice too)
However the use of the laminated stock is really a sweet touch. Like a custom truck in a sea of 4 wheel drive hunting trucks....

Looks like she is ready for the PDog Patch, you and Noah are welcome here anytime, that thread cap and over sized PTG bolt turned out very cool looking for an added custom touch. Look for around 4050fps with that 50gr VMax load to send the Dogs a FLYING!!

Dam Im kinda regretting letting my parts go,,,,that thing looks really Nice! Went to a very good person though, enjoy and get up here for some more PDog shooting we are over run with them! LOL

You know we will. Hell Chris,you get the best of both worlds,offed your parts and you'll still get to shoot her. Save some of those house cat sized PDogs for us.

longrangedogr heres the load data for the 22-250AI we shoot in many 22-250AI. Just work up every gun is different. Really big AIR time on those big dogs...LOL

Its an Ackley Improved not a normal 22-250 just so everyone knows...
