I am not sure about the trigger yet, opinions? Also, need a smith to put it all together…

Skip the AICS mags, get AW mags instead.

Why the AW over AICS?

It's shorter, feeds smoother, loads easier, allows for longer OAL without modifying the magazine, it's fully welded and will work on the M2008 without any modifications to the action.

Rifle Basix trigger, IMHO Love mine. Of course Jewell, if you like a thin witdth trigger. Should be a real long range machine.

I hope you are putting as much in the optics as the rifle. The optice will be the difference way out there.

+1. Couldn't have said it better. Other than using AW mags, your build looks solid. Now comes the order, and the waiting...

It'll be heavy I think mine is at about 17-18 with optics, and a lot shorter barrel. I'd recommend the Huber trigger. Another +1 for the AW mag. The only problem you'll have though is closing the bolt with an empty magazine. You'll have to push down on the mag slightly.
