Hey Gents,
I got my wife a new camera for mother's day and of course had her take some pictures of my rifles. My 308 has never looked so pretty! Thought I'd share with you guys.

SWEET!... and "Lefties" too!

Funny, I used to shoot lefty (I do everything else that way) but switched to righty because I'm right eye dominant. One look at your rigs makes me almost re-think!

Re: New Camera= New Rifle Pics

Your 308 looks awesome! I'm in the market for a brake for mine also because of the muzzle flip after I had the barrel cut down to 22". Which brake is that and would you recommend it for my situation?

Re: New Camera= New Rifle Pics

Looking at the EXIF data I see you're running a D60, are you running the kit lens with it too?

I have a D40 with just the two kit lenses and I'm pretty happy with it, it does about all I need it to do.

Thanks Guys!

raxafarian,
I am envious. Because I am left eye dominant I have to do everything left handed, including shooting and it is always a slight bit more expensive for us (as you know). The man needs to stop oppressing us poor southpaws (jk)!

stovetop,
I use an Ops Inc. and it is AWESOME! Loud, but no kick.

Brad,
honestly, I am not sure what she uses. She does have the Nikon D60 and she uses a large lense attachment thing, but that is all I know. Cameras are her thing. I am clueless.

what muzzle break is that if you dont mind me asking?

Your wife takes nice pics

Re: New Camera= New Rifle Pics

marku,
I did that with some good old Krylon Fusion from Wally world.

96C,
Thank you. The rifle has been absolutely great. It is a very consistent rifle, no hicups. It is an Ops Inc muzzle break.
