Regional Format
As part of the Club Series, nationally recognized Clubs and their qualified shooters will compete against other on a regional level.

WHO CAN SHOOT?

• First Priority is given to Club Series members who qualify via their local club based on Club Series Rankings (Top 8 from each club)
• PRS members that are classified as Amateur , Semi-pro then Pro shooters may enter any remaining spots .
• Each PRS associated club will be allowed 2 four man teams made up of their 3 best club ranked shooters and ONLY 1 Pro member per team.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SHOOT?

Promoting the growth of precision rifle shooting from the Club level on up, while providing a cost effective approach to newer shooters who hope to qualify to shoot on a regional and national level stage.

Club Series

The Club Series is designed to reach out to shooters who compete within recognized shooting clubs and would like to also compete at PRS matches.
¨Club Series shooters will compete against all other shooters within their own club for rankings.
¨Club shooters must shoot 4 or more club matches with a minimum of 10 shooters per match.
¨The Top 2 ranking club shooters from each respective club will receive a free entry to their PRS Regional Championships.
¨Club Series shooters who shoot the Regional championships are also eligible to attend the PRS Championship with free entry if they are ranked #1 using their best 4 club scores and PRS regional match score, and do not qualify otherwise.

Hey Rich, does this mean the club series calendar is going to change from Aug to July so that there is a full year allowing time for guys who have busy schedules to shoot the 4 required matches to try and be in the top 8 so they can compete for a regional championship?
thanks!

essentially a club should consider it's own methods for selection periods but one should consider both 2014 and 2015 match results.

Also I'm considering reducing the PRS club attendance from 4 to 3 matches, with a ranking system off of 3 matches, everybody has so much going on anymore, just getting to 3 club matches a year is a considerable task for the majority.

Is the hide cup a PRS match?

Yes. From first post.
