New Colt Rifles

How are the new Colt 20 inch A4 rifles now?
They are fine. Some feel they are not what Colt used to be, and that is probably true, but we both convert a number to M16A4 clone rifles and sell as is, and do not have complaints. They are not LMT, but, I would not hesitate to recommend.

They don’t seem to be made by Colt anymore, so all the proof codes and inspections marks you would typically see on the barrel, upper, bolt carrier, bolt, and lower parts (particularly the hammer and BHO device) are missing. A2 grips aren’t real either. You can tell an actual Colt pistol grip from all the after-market A2 Vismod grips. I’m not a Colt fanboi, just pointing out hard facts when I’ve looked over these carbines and rifles over the past several years.
